Between work, personal pressures, and societal and environmental challenges, stress can feel like a constant companion. If you want to lower your stress levels, feel calmer but don’t know where to start or find the tools to support you then the PHS Program is tried and tested, easy to follow and designed and delivered by experts who know the science of stress.

What’s it all about?

The PHS Program teaches people how they can better manage stress and anxiety in their lives – with a focus on prevention rather than cure. The mission of the PHS (Preventative Healthcare Service) is to educate, inspire, nurture, empower and support people to take control of taking care of themselves.

This tried and tested 6-Module Program is accessible to all. Covering key basic wellbeing principles - including, movement, nutrition, sleep, breath work and relaxation.

Stress impacts each of these areas and can be managed by creating new habits and understanding what you can do to get back in control of taking care of yourself.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Rewire stress responses - learn how your brain reacts to pressure (and how to flip the script).

  • Build resilience so challenges don’t knock you sideways.

  • Create sustainable habits based on nutrition, movement, sleep and breathing.

  • Align your well-being with your values taking caring for yourself and the planet isn’t a contradiction.

  • Apply real-world tools you can actually use when life gets stressful, or to prevent stress.
