Develop knowledge and confidence to identify, challenge and develop a ‘sustainable leadership’ lens to support a consistent narrative, KPIs, organisational culture and employee engagement and accountability.
What this course covers…
Based on our Sustainable Leadership Action Plan model this course focuses on skillsets, understanding, knowledge and confidence around sustainability and sustainable leadership, moving through various models around adaptive and participative leadership. Bringing in the operating environment, what is happening with regards to regulation and reporting and the need for accountability and a different set of KPIs beyond the numbers. All with the objective of coming together to deliver true social responsibility. At the core of this course is real cross functional discussion with set questions and tasks around looking at where you gauge your current position (at the start of the course) moving through to how you have / can or will shift into transformative sustainable leaders.

This course is designed for leaders and future leaders at any stage, any organisation and any industry. Individuals with a passion for all things sustainable who are keen to take the lead and deliver the business case for how their organisation and employees responds to the growing sustainability challenges.
